Select your old phone’s brand and model and complete our simple online checks on your phone to receive a guaranteed price. You’ll then receive a free shipping label by email and a list of drop-off points.

Once you complete our simple online checks on your phone, Vodafone guarantees that the price we offer is the price you get paid.  We rely on your accuracy when assessing the cosmetic condition, as our online checks can’t do this. Therefore, on very rare occasions, your phone might differ from the description you provided. If this happens, you’ll receive an email with a revised price. Don’t forget once you receive the guaranteed price it’ll be valid for 15 days, and a revised price is valid for 7 days.

Our partner Recommerce will check your phone matches the description you provided and will then process the payment which usually takes around 5 working days after your phone is received.

To check your saved quotes, click in the “My Trade in order(s)” button at the top of the landing page and login. To login you’ll need to have your Vodafone phone number. If you have more than one Vodafone phone number, make sure you use the same number you used to login before.
